At Home inspectors of Nevada you get a highly experienced inspector that has more than 30 years of hands construction experience. Starting at age 11 Gene Aalbu started as a framing carpenter working for his father, a life long General Contractor specilizing in small commercial and custom residential construction

At age 21 he earned his first Contractors License and has held Contractors Licenses ever since in three states. He has direct hands–on training in several construction trades including concrete foundations, carpentry, plumbing, roofing, structural design and land development. He has designed and built and/or overseen the construction of more than 2500 homes.

Gene is a graduate of Kaplan University Home Inspection school as well as the Key Realty Home Inspection school.

Gene currently holds a Nevada State General Contractors License. # 0057724.

He also holds a Nevada State Inspector of Structures Residential Certificate # IOS.0001179-RE.
